Chorherrn is a village in the market town of Tulbing in the Tulln district in Lower Austria .

location

The Grabendorf is located on the southern edge of the Tullnerfeld on the slope of the Frauenberg.

Building

The main square is on the border between flat terrain and the rise to the Vienna Woods . The village is divided into a lower town and an upper town with a winding alley on uphill terrain.

history

The place was mentioned in a document in 1143/1147. 1529 and 1683 were destroyed by the Turkish wars. In 1590 damage was caused by an earthquake. 1860 and 1873 were local fires.
