Chris Davies (politician, 1954)
Christopher Graham Davies (born July 7, 1954 in Lytham St Annes ) is a British politician and member of the Liberal Democrats . He was a Member of the House of Commons from 1995 to 1997 . In addition, from the European elections in the United Kingdom in 2019 until January 31, 2020, he was again a member of the European Parliament , which he had previously belonged to between the 1999 European elections and the 2014 European elections .
In the by-election in the constituency of Littleborough and Saddleworth, Davies was elected to the House of Commons on July 27, 1995 . After this constituency was dissolved, he ran in the British General Election in 1997 in the new Oldham East and Saddleworth county and failed to return to the House of Commons.
