Chris Müller (entrepreneur)

Chris Müller (* 1973 in Gmunden ) is an Austrian artist and entrepreneur. Müller has been director of development, design and artistic agendas at Tabakfabrik Linz since 2013 .

Life

Müller initially completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter and completed his studies in sculpture at the University of Art in Linz . He then worked as a freelance artist and documentary filmmaker. Together with Georg Schmiedleitner , he founded and directed the Hausruck Theater , which received the Nestroy Theater Prize for the best off-production in 2005 .

In 2013 he was appointed director for development, design and artistic agendas at Tabakfabrik Linz .

In 2016 Chris Müller founded the company CMb.Industries, which specializes in the urban and socio-cultural development of urban areas, fallow land and vacancies. Together with Wolf D. Prix , the Design Principal of Coop Himmelb (l) au , he started the ATMOS project in 2017, a resort for people suffering from cystic fibrosis and their families.

In 2018 Chris Müller founded the spin-off ATMOS Aerosol Research together with Christoph Steindl, which specializes in measuring harmful and health-promoting aerosols in the air. In March 2019 ATMOS Aerosol Research was presented in Paris.
