Christian Doering (born September 24, 1981 ) is a former German player in the German national rugby union team and an active C, L2 referee in the Lower Saxony rugby association.

Athletic career

Christian Doering's father, Peter Doering , is a former Bundesliga player and is still active in the SC Germania List club today . Christian also started playing rugby at SC Germania List when he was 6 years old. Until 1999/2000 he played in all student teams. From 2000 he moved to the second and then to the first team. From 2002 to 2005 Doering was active at the German Rugby Club . From 2003 to 2006 he played various sevens tournaments as a national player for Germany.

Christian Doering is a specialist in training and further education in the NRV Lower Saxony Rugby Association .
