Christian Eberhard (politician, 1886)
Christian Eberhard (born September 21, 1886 ; † 1973 ) was a German local politician.
Career
Eberhard joined the administration of the city of Göppingen in 1909 . After the end of the Second World War and the occupation of the city by US troops, he was appointed acting Lord Mayor by the military government in April 1945. He stayed in office until 1954.
During his tenure, he made great contributions to the reconstruction of the city and the integration of displaced persons and refugees.
