Christian Eckerlin (born November 16, 1986 in Erbach (Odenwald) ) is a former German soccer player and mixed martial arts fighter who is currently competing in the middleweight division. He is the current middleweight champion of the German MMA Championship (GMC) and a member of the Hells Angels .

biography

Eckerlin played in the youth team of SV Darmstadt 98 and came up to the U23, but was already used four times in the third-class regional league in the 2006/07 season. In the league season 2007/08 he was included in the squad of the first team, but could not earn a regular place. Eckerlin played his first professional MMA fight on September 12, 2009. On March 19, 2019, he fought against Nihad Nasufovic for the GMC middleweight title.
