Christian Frederik Beck

Christian Frederik Beck (born March 14, 1876 in Copenhagen , † December 26, 1954 in Copenhagen) was a Danish landscape and architecture painter .

The artist was trained at the Royal Art Academy in Copenhagen . Beck toured Europe and visited Italy from 1908 to 1920, the Netherlands in 1913 and Germany from 1922 to 1937.

The painter was active as an artist and board member in the National Painters Association of Denmark. He was also a member of the Charlottenborg Committee, the Council of the Academy and the Artists' Association ( Kunstforeningen ) of Denmark. He is buried in the Assistens Cemetery in the Nørrebro district of Copenhagen .
