Christian Hrubesch

Christian Hrubesch (born June 19, 1951 in Krems an der Donau ) is a former Austrian politician ( FPÖ ) and insurance broker. From 1992 to 1993 he was a member of the Federal Council and from 1993 to 2003 a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament .

Life

After primary school, Hrubesch attended a secondary school and then completed a commercial apprenticeship in Bringen near Sigmaringen. From 1972 he was employed by an insurance company, and in 1986 he started his own business as an insurance broker. From 1983 Hrubesch became politically active as a local councilor in Krems, and between 1987 and 1993 he was a councilor. Between 1997 and 2007 he was again active as a local councilor. Within the party, he held the function of the FPÖ city party chairman and was a member of the state party executive. He also represented the FPÖ from March 12, 1992 to June 6, 1993 in the Federal Council and was then a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament from June 7, 1993 to April 24, 2003.
