Christian Jolibois (* 1948 in what is now the Yvelines department , France ) is a French author , actor and director .

Life

Jolibois started out as an actor in both theater and television. At the same time he wrote his first plays. After becoming a father, he began writing books for children and young people as well as plays for children. Since 1989 he has devoted himself exclusively to this field and also founded a theater for young audiences. His first play, Le Cafard en baskets , was performed more than 500 times in Paris.

Jolibois lives and works in Burgundy .
