Christian Zielke

Christian Zielke (born November 14, 1962 in Salzkotten ) is a German author , professor , lecturer and former HR manager .

Life

Zielke was born in a home for orphaned children in Salzkotten. He first attended secondary school, switched to secondary school and graduated there in 1977. Three years later, he graduated from high school in Paderborn. After being attested as having below-average intelligence as a child, he studied law, social sciences, as well as education and theology at the University of Münster. His doctorate as Dr. jur. took place in 1989. During this time he worked as a lawyer specializing in labor law and later as an international manager in human resources, including at Hoechst AG and Preussag . Today he lives and works near Giessen.

Act

In 2000, Zielke was appointed professor for communication in business, personnel management and personnel development at the Technical University of Central Hesse . He previously taught as a lecturer at the Leipzig Graduate School of Management on the subject of career strategies . His work attracted a great deal of media attention in the early 2000s and has made Christian Zielke a partner for expert interviews ever since. He has been a book author since 2007 and a certified Shaolin personal trainer since 2010 . To date, he has published several books on leadership and management issues . In his books he deliberately focuses on soft skills and personal development . He also passes on his knowledge as a speaker.

social commitment

Zielke has been offering pro bono lectures and advice for non-profit organizations for many years . He is the founder and host of the “School of Life”, an ongoing charity event at the Technical University for the benefit of the hospice, which helps young people find their way around. He also initiated the “Young Professionals Program” of the Rhein Main Business Club for young people.

Further engagement: President of the Friends of the Lions Club Gießen-Burg-Gleiberg. Member of the board of the Rhein Main Business Club, personal member of the American Chamber of Commerce and curator in the support group of the Hospiz in Central Hesse.
