Christian Zippel (born December 27, 1984 in Schongau ) is a German training theorist and life coach. He became known through numerous guidebooks in which he combines fitness and philosophy.

Life

Zippel was born in Bavaria . Due to his father's work in the German Air Force, he grew up in various locations, including Sardinia and the Lüneburg Heath. After graduating from high school in Hermannsburg near Celle, he studied philosophy at the Munich School of Philosophy. After eight semesters, he graduated magna cum laude . His master's thesis was graded 1.3. His dissertation with PhD supervisor Harald Lesch is entitled: "Rose red. The world of colors from a physical, biological, psychological and philosophical point of view". It was graded 1.6. He was active for seven semesters in the Corps Suevia Munich and the Corps Vandalia Graz. He was a fencer and fought nine games , including two PP suites and four contrahages . At Suevia, after 14 years, he was the first consenior who could clamp the batch . He was considered an "active ambassador of corps student ideals and philosophical knowledge with a unique sense of humor, straightforwardness and open-mindedness". In 2009 he received the Klinggräff Medal . Four years later he was struck from the Philistine lists, at Suevia Munich on June 29, 2013.
