Christine Reimer

Christine Reimer (born September 11, 1966 in Pfaffenhofen ad Ilm ) is a German actress and singer , best known for her series role Monika Vogl from the television series Dahoam is Dahoam on Bavarian TV.

From singer to actress

As a 17-year-old student Reimer gained her first theater experience in two musicals in the USA. She later enjoyed piano, singing and acting training in Bavaria and the USA. She sang in the Scheyerer Basilikachor, the Pocatello High Choir and the Idaho State Choir. She was able to gain further musical experience as a member of the “Chorisma” women's choir of the Pfaffenhofen Liedertafel. When a country women choir was sought at the beginning of the television series Dahoam is Dahoam in 2007, part of this choir performed in the film village of Lansing, including Christine Reimer. Since she enjoyed the series appearance, she turned to the casting agency, who arranged extras and small actors for Dahoam is Dahoam , and thus became an extra with small speaking roles. Over time, her text passages grew and this extra role became the supporting role of countrywoman Monika Vogl . Since April 2009 Reimer has embodied this role as a full leading role in the series, which has made her a full-time actress. Christine Reimer lives in Mitterscheyern and is the mother of two sons.
