Christian publishing house Konstanz

The Christliche Verlagsanstalt Konstanz was a Christian book publisher founded in 1933 by the bookstore of the Erziehungsverein based in Konstanz on Lake Constance and the successor to the Carl Hirsch Verlag, founded in 1892 .

The most important book series in addition to many low-priced small publications for a large mass audience in the field of youth literature was the Konstanzer Jugendschatz with several dozen titles. A new edition of the Konstanzer Jugendschatz , also under the names Jugendfreude and Konstanzer Jugend Hefte , took place immediately after the end of the Second World War.

In the 1930s, the series Am frisch Quell. Stories for the youth is published as well as the series Small Stories in large print with texts by Ottilie Wildermuth .

In 1995 a legal integration into the Neukirchener Verlagsgesellschaft took place .
