Christoph E. Hauschka

Christoph E. Hauschka (born March 31, 1953 in Munich ) is a German lawyer . He is considered the legal pioneer of compliance in the company. He is the author of numerous articles, publishes three legal handbooks (one last as co-editor) on the subject of compliance, which are considered standard works, is editor and co-editor of the Corporate Compliance Zeitschrift (CCZ), was founder and chairman of the Network Compliance eV and is now a member of Board of the DICO German Institute for Compliance eV
