Christoph Friedrich Laemmel

Christoph Friedrich Laemmel , incorrectly also Christian Friedrich Laemmel , (* 17th century in Frankenhausen ; † after 1718) was a German Protestant theologian .

Life

Christoph Friedrich Laemmel studied theology and graduated with a master's degree . He then became a candidate for theology in Saxony , but apparently never received an office. He later traveled from Saxony through Sweden and Denmark , presumably to distribute his edition of Hieronymus Weller's writings . When he returned from the trip, he learned in Holstein favor Dorothea Sophie of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg . In the period from 1709 to 1719 he lived in Hamburg . No further information is known about his life

In 1706 Laemmel published a biography about Johannes Bugenhagen . His nationality was incorrectly given as Danish.
