Christophe Vincent (born November 8, 1992 in Bastia ) is a French football player who is under contract with AC Ajaccio in Ligue 2 .

Career

Vincent was accepted into the reserve team of the French professional club SC Bastia in Corsica in 2009 . The then 16-year-old booked first sporadic and then more frequent appearances until he was called on to the squad on October 3, 2011 for the second division game Bastias against US Boulogne and came on in the 66th minute in the 3-1 success ; accordingly, he reached his second division and thus his professional debut at the age of 18. He came in the further course of the season on occasional missions and thus had a share in the 2012 promotion to the top French division; at the same time he was given a professional contract.

Nevertheless, he could not increase his importance in the team and had to wait until November 17, 2012 for his first division debut, after which he ran up one more time. In view of this, those responsible decided in the summer of 2013 to lend him to city rivals CA Bastia , who had been promoted to the second division . There he came on regular assignments, but had to accept relegation in 2014 and returned to the SC shortly afterwards. In its first division team, however, he still played no role, so he left the club in the run-up to the 2015/16 season and moved to the second division club AC Ajaccio , also based in Corsica . He was regularly called up for this, but was only just able to keep the class with his new team in the first year.
