Christopher Reinhard (born May 19, 1985 in Offenbach am Main ) is a German soccer player .
Career
His greatest sporting successes so far are, in addition to participating in the U-20 World Cup in Holland, the promotion to the Bundesliga with Frankfurt in the 2004/05 season , in which, according to coach Friedhelm Funkel, he played a major role with strong performances in the first half of the season. Reinhard's former coach with the U-20 national team , Jürgen Kohler , in 2005 in Kicker Sportmagazin , gave him a chance at the 2006 World Cup and thinks very highly of him.
Reinhard made it into the professional squad in the promotion season and made 24 appearances this season. Reinhard scored two goals and formed with Patrick Ochs , his counterpart on the right side of the defense, the so-called "wing tongs" of Eintracht. After injuries, he could no longer make contact with the first team and was mostly only used in the U-23 of Eintracht in the Oberliga Hessen. Neither there nor in training, he was able to convince coach Funkel, in the two seasons 2005 to 2007 he only made nine Bundesliga appearances.
For the 2007/08 season, Christopher Reinhard moved from Eintracht Frankfurt to Karlsruher SC , where he received a three-year contract. Since he had never quite found his way into the professional team at KSC, he moved to the second division club FC Ingolstadt 04 . He only stayed there for one season. After playing for Eintracht Trier from September 2009, Reinhard moved to the Hessian national division TGM SV Jügesheim for the 2010/11 season . At TGM SV Jügesheim he scored five goals in 34 games and thus contributed to the club's promotion to the Hessen League.
From summer 2012 until the winter break of 2014/15 Reinhard played for 1. FC Magdeburg in the Regionalliga Nordost . For the second half of the season he joined VfB Germania Halberstadt . In the summer of 2015 Reinhard moved to the Hessian league club Sportfreunde Seligenstadt . At the end of December 2016, Reinhard left the Hessen league club Sportfreunde Seligenstadt and joined FC Germania Bieber in the Offenbach Ost district soccer league.
