Ciccio Barbi

Ciccio Barbi (actually Alfio Francesco Barbi ; born January 19, 1919 in Trofarello , † November 26, 1992 in Rome ) was an Italian actor .

Life

Until 1953 Barbi played almost exclusively on the stage, for the Avvanspettacolo or in revue theaters, where the brawny, red-faced, good-natured actor played character roles. He played these characters in what was then a rich film career, which he can boast from 1953; For a decade he was one of the most famous faces in comedies , where he portrayed priests, soldiers or police officers.
