Cihan Anadologlu
Cihan Anadologlu (born September 4, 1981 in Giengen an der Brenz ) is a German bartender , restaurateur and author .
Life
Anadologlu worked and lived in New York, Hong Kong, London and Munich. Cihan Anadologlu has returned to Munich after only four years as head bartender at Schumann's Bar and then working as a representative of the classic bar philosophy for various 5-star hotels. Anadologlu won the Bacardi Gray Goose Global Finals 2013 and was allowed to create the Oscar cocktail for it in Hollywood in 2014 . He won the Bar Culture Oscar in New Orleans 2014 for the Best International High Volume Cocktail Bar for Schumann's Bar . Anadologlu wrote the book once with everything - The Döner and his relatives . In November 2015 he opened his first own Bar Circle by Cihan Anadologlu in cooperation with the Hearthouse , which won the award for the Most innovative Bar 2016 in Germany in its first year . At the end of 2019 he left the management team of the bar.
