Cill Rónáin ( Anglicised Kilronan ) is the main town and ferry port on Inis Mór (Inishmore), the largest of the Aran Islands off the coast of County Galway in the west of the Republic of Ireland .

Inis Mór is by far the largest inhabited island of the Aran Islands, which is part of the Gaeltacht , and is located farthest west in Galway Bay . During Census 2016 247 people lived in Kilronan, located in the northeast of the island. The main sources of income for the place are fishing and tourism. In Cill Rónáin there are several pubs and restaurants as well as a supermarket (with the only ATM on the island) and a bank.

Ferries to Cill Rónáin depart from Doolin in County Clare and from Ros an Mhíl , which is about 22 km west of Galway City in Connemara . Inis Mór airport is south of Cill Rónáin.
