Cinema2 [ ˈtʃiːnema ˌdos ] was a short-lived Italian Latin-Pop duo, consisting of Barbara Clara (* 1981) and Andrea Delogu (* 1982).

history

The television presenter Delogu and the Venezuelan model Clara met in the television environment in 2003 and decided to start a music duo. Initially, their activities were limited to the Internet, especially YouTube and MySpace . In summer 2007 they presented their first single, Suave , under the name Cinema2 , in collaboration with producers Carlo Nasi and Adriano Posse. The song was used in an American Heineken - commercial , as well as the duo managed so that a top 10 success in the Italian charts. At the beginning of 2008 it reached the top of the chart with the second single Estupido . In the same year the album Chicas de contrabando was released , followed by the single Ah! Ah! Ah! ; The duo also appeared as part of the cast in the comedy show Saturday Night Live from Milano on Italia 1 .
