Clarita Berenbau

Clarita Berenbau (born November 7, 1980 - April 24, 2013 ) was a Uruguayan journalist , radio presenter and actress .

Life

Clarita Berenbau began her TV career at the age of 21. She was seen in the Canal 5 broadcasts "Tiempo de Campo", "Cuatro Estaciones" and the "Vamos" broadcast on Canal 12 . In 2005 she married Daniel Yaquinta in Punta del Este . In 2007 she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She apparently survived the disease at first and then wrote the book "Vivir con él", which deals with the fight against cancer.

In 2011 she worked alongside Catalina Ferrand and Virginia Rodriguez at the Teatro Anglo in "Estoy sola porque quiero" by the director Omar Varela . Until a few months before her death, she conducted the program "Viva la tarde" on Radio Sarandí together with Juan Sader . On April 24, 2012, she became the mother of two twins, Guadalupe and Salvador. Berenbau then withdrew from the media. She passed away on the day of her children's first birthday at the age of 32.
