Claudia Fischer is a German author and telephone trainer .
Life
Fischer worked in various companies as a management trainee, as head of the TeleSales / TeleServicing department and in sales promotion. Fischer started her own business in 1995 as a trainer for telephone training, telephone acquisition and telephone sales .
Fischer has been a lecturer at the Bavarian Academy for Advertising and Marketing in Munich since 2009 . She published articles on the subject of "telephoning", including in Manager Magazin .
