Claudia Trippel

Claudia Trippel (* 1976 in Sindelfingen ) is professor of psychology at the Kehl University of Applied Sciences and deputy managing director of the institute for applied research there .

Life

After training as a midwife , Trippel studied psychology in Mannheim and Berlin. She graduated with a degree in psychology. Then she was u. a. for the Karlsruhe Regional Finance Office in the project team diagnosis system TDS 2.0 is involved. After working as a research assistant and in course management at the Kehl University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2012 , she did her doctorate in 2012 on the subject of the self-efficacy of self-regulating teams and their immediate superiors . In the same year Trippel was appointed professor at the Kehl University of Applied Sciences.
