Claudio Arzeno
Claudio David Arzeno (born October 16, 1970 in Villa María ) is a former Argentine football player .
The defender began his career at Independiente . With the club he won the Supercopa Sudamericana and the Argentine championship (Clausura) in 1994 . 1995 succeeded in defending the title at the Supercopa Sudamericana. In addition, Independiente won the Recopa Sudamericana and reached the second round of the 1995 Copa Libertadores . In 1997 Arzeno was banned for three months after a positive doping test .
In 1998 he moved to Racing Santander in the Spanish Primera División . In 2001 he was relegated with the club, but succeeded in direct promotion the next season. In 2003/04 he played again in Argentina with the Chacarita Juniors . He then moved back to Spain to UD Las Palmas , where he ended his career in 2005.
