Claudio Cisullo (2016)

Claudio Cisullo (born May 14, 1964 ) is a Swiss entrepreneur and investor with Italian roots. He is the founder and owner of the CC Trust Group AG family office as well as the founder and executive chairman of Chain IQ Group AG. Claudio Cisullo is one of the 300 richest Swiss people. In 2019, the Swiss business magazine Bilanz estimates his fortune at CHF 200–250 million.

Career

Claudio Cisullo was born in Switzerland in 1964 as the son of Italian immigrants. He is the father of three daughters.

After completing technical training, Cisullo completed various business management training courses at the University of St. Gallen . Since 1984 Claudio Cisullo has founded and successfully expanded a total of 26 companies worldwide in various business areas.

Among other things, he was the owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Panatronic Group with branches in Germany, Austria, Spain, Taiwan, Japan and the USA. In 1997, Cisullo sold the foreign branches to the local management (MBO). In 2010 he sold Panatronic (Switzerland Ltd.) and Eccotrust Solutions AG to Swisscom IT Services.

Claudio Cisullo is the owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CC Trust Group AG, which he founded in 1997 as a family office and as an investment and management company. It currently comprises 14 holdings, primarily in the areas of biotechnology, services, leisure, health, real estate, raw materials trading and technology. Special investment focus currently: real estate in Eastern Europe. In 2014, Cisullo founded the Chain IQ Group AG and has been Executive Chairman since then.

He is the founder and chairman of "The Circle", an international networking platform (club) for billionaires. Cisullo is considered an excellent global networker.

Mandates

Claudio Cisullo has been a member of the board of directors at the international, diversified media company Ringier AG since 2013 and has also been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Law and Economics Foundation for the promotion of the “Master in Law and Economics” course at the University of St. Gallen since the same year . In 2014 he founded Chain IQ Group AG and has been Executive Chairman of the company ever since. In July 2015, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of the New York Center for Global Enterprise. In 2017 he founded ACC Investments SRL and in 2019 ACC One Holding AG, two companies in the field of property development and management, both of which he is Chairman. In September 2019 Claudio Cisullo was elected to the Board of Trustees of the Swiss Entrepreneurs Foundation, a public and non-profit initiative with the purpose of supporting startups and entrepreneurship in Switzerland as well as promoting the Swiss innovation ecosystem.
