Clifford Opoku-Afari

Clifford Opoku-Afari (born August 6, 1977 ) is a German sports scientist , author , speaker, trainer and personal trainer.

Life

Clifford Opoku-Afari was a track and field athlete in the sprint and long jump disciplines for 16 years . He then devoted himself to his sports science studies and also received regular training in the areas of fitness, nutrition, medicine and psychology. As a lecturer at the German Trainer Academy, the qualified trainer for medical fitness has now trained around 2000 trainers. The book author is regularly booked as a speaker for health and fitness topics at company events and congresses. He also runs a personal training studio in Cologne and publishes articles on health.
