Cobalt is a Franco-Belgian comic drawn in a realistic style by Walter Driver .

The adventures of the detective Bob Cobalt and his assistant Paprika, who are looking for people who have disappeared on behalf of an organization, first appeared in 1971 in the Belgian and French editions of Tintin and in the Dutch version of Kuifje . Greg introduced the title character in a short story and then moved on to a chapter-wise publication.

Lombard began publishing albums in the Jeune Europe series in 1976 . In 1981 and 1982 Dargaud released two albums in the Aventures series .
