The Codex Veronensis is an illuminated manuscript from the 6th century. It contains the psalms in Greek and Latin , plus eight other biblical chants ( odes ).

The manuscript consists of 405 sheets of parchment , which are described in two columns of 28 lines each. On the left is the Greek text, on the right the Latin. The text has only a few gaps ( lacunae ). These were added later. The Greek text follows the western version (Psalterium Gallicum).

The eight odes are compiled from various biblical books.

The text was first printed by Giuseppe Bianchini in 1740. The manuscript is in the cathedral library (Biblioteca Capitolare) in Verona . A facsimile has not yet been created.
