Coker College

The Coker College is a college with about 500 students in the city Hartsville in South Carolina . It was founded in 1908 and was initially reserved for women only. Since World War II , men have been able to attend college.

In 2006 Princeton Review named Coker College " A best southeastern collage ." The same year the news magazine US News & World Report gave a similar assessment .

The college maintains the Kalmia Gardens botanical garden established in the early 1930s .
