Colido

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Colido , d. H. Computerized property documentation, was a computer system of the GDR . After reunification, it served as the basis for the Automated Property Books (ALB) and the nationwide introduction of the Official Property Cadastre Information System (ALKIS) in the acceding area .

Günter Hoffmann, City Councilor for Internal Affairs and Deputy Mayor of East Berlin since 1976, describes conflicts regarding the introduction of Colido in his autobiography A Life in Two Worlds in the chapter "Colido" and other nonsense.

A legal basis was the instruction No. 4/87 of the Minister of the Interior and chief of the German People's Police on the land register and land register procedure under Colido conditions - Colido land register instruction of October 27, 1987.

The transitional provision of Section 15 of the Land Register Ordinance (GGV) repealed the provisions of this instruction.
