Automated property book

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Automated Real Estate Book ( ALB ) was developed from the previously manually kept cadastral book and contains its content in digital form. The data for all parcels are stored in the ALB .

The ALB is part of the official list of the land , after the loud Grundbuchordnung the land in the land register are named (§ 2 para. 2 GBO).

The ALB is divided into districts , corridors and these in turn into parcels. Parcel is the designation of the areas that are booked in the ALB under a number. The parcel can be divided into areas of different types of use (e.g. forest and arable land). Agricultural areas can also be classified according to their quality. The booking unit for areas in the land register is the property. It can consist of one or more parcels.

The ALB also contains personal data that is subject to data protection . The operating surveying authorities have taken suitable organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access to the ALB data. The ALB is included in the data protection register.

The ALB is not a geographic information system because the parcel data is only available in address-coded form. The correct spatial reference is established with the Automated Property Map (ALK).

The successor procedure ALKIS will combine the data from ALB and ALK. This summary eliminates the problems of data redundancy and thus the sources of error due to non-identical data records . This was one of the main problems in the use of the ALB and the ALK, since both data sets had to be maintained in parallel in order to enable a smooth link.
