Cadastral book

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A cadastral register is the register of the cadastre , i.e. those books, lists and databases in which the parcels are recorded according to location, use, size, ownership, etc. Like the entire real estate cadastre, it is managed by the responsible cadastral or surveying office . It serves as an official directory for the land register in accordance with Section 2 of the land register regulations .

In addition to this “descriptive part of the books”, the cadastre also includes the map series ( cadastral folder ), which shows the parcels to scale.

In most federal states, the cadastral books are kept in the EDP using the ALB ( Automated Real Estate Book ) procedure . A switch to the ALKIS procedure is being prepared.
