WLDGE

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

WLDGE (work file real estate cadastre data acquisition decrypted ) is the standard interface format for extracts from the automated real estate register (ALB). It is used uniformly by all federal states in Germany, but is to be replaced in the future by the ALKIS , which will then contain information from the automated property map in addition to the ALB data . The norm-based exchange interface is then the new interface standard. The WLDGE data sets have a clearly defined structure and can be viewed with a normal text editor. Information on the land register inventory , parcel numbers , types of use and owners are included.

Each line of the WLDGE file begins with a code number that identifies the different areas of the ALB data: Data on the land register inventory begins with code number 2, followed by the following data: the land register key consisting of the land register district number and the land register sheet number, a name number, the Owner names with address and date of birth as well as the parcels belonging to the land register sheet number. The parcel information begins with the identifier 3: after the parcel key has been specified, information on the creation and continuation of the parcel follows, followed by the cadastral area, topicality, basic land map, upper and legal values, finance and forestry office, location description, types of use and type of ownership. At the end of the WLDGE file, the record types with the file IDs 7, 8 and 9 are decrypted - for example on the type of ownership.
