Real estate database
The land database ( GDB ) is the digital version of the land register and cadastre in Austria . It was developed from the cadastral map from 1975 ; From 1980 onwards, all land registers in Austria were gradually digitally recorded. It is available nationwide for the whole of Germany.
Access to the data is possible for everyone (for a fee), since the land register and thus the property database is a public directory. Access is via the Internet .
The property database contains the following data:
- Land register and land register
- Digital cadastral map (DKM)
- Coordinate database : Coordinates of the official control points and the boundary points
- Regional information: Information about municipalities and cadastral municipalities, street names and addresses
- Folder sheet database: Information about the availability of the DKM
- Historical property register: Changes to the property portfolio in Austria.
The database is managed by the land registry courts (responsible for the land register) and the land surveying offices .
The collection of documents and plans, which contain those documents (sales contracts, etc.) or plans ( survey plans , division plans , etc.) to which the changes in the land register and cadastre are due, were not converted to IT at the time. However, the collection of documents has been kept electronically since 2005: "new" documents can therefore be queried via the Internet.
