CollegeRadio

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The CollegeRadio is the original, meanwhile changed online offer of radio knowledge , the former school radio of the Bavarian Broadcasting Corporation . CollegeRadio offered a selection of programs on the Internet that were broadcast by radio knowledge in the Bayern 2 program, but today it focuses on special materials for schools.

Since the redesign of the Bayerischer Rundfunk website in February 2008, information about the programs can be found under the program title (this applies to all BR programs), and most of the short features and articles as well as the calendar sheet can be downloaded as podcasts .

Since October 1999, radio knowledge has offered CollegeRadio as an additional service on the Internet. Images, templates for worksheets, the broadcast manuscript and the radio broadcast were offered as a live stream and for download . The copyright on all texts and materials is - unless otherwise stated - the Bavarian Radio.

The articles prepared in cooperation with the multimedia editorial staff of Bayerischer Rundfunk could usually be accessed a few days after they were broadcast on the radio . Thanks to the Internet offer, interested parties are no longer dependent on the broadcast dates, the program content can be listened to as often as desired. The additional materials offered further information. A whole library of topics was also available. The articles that could be called up were sorted according to the categories “ Subjects ”, “School types ” and the alphabetically arranged “Subject index”.

These special additional offers for schools will be continued parallel to the other Internet offerings - only the audio offers and general program information can now be found on the other Internet offerings of the BR (podcasts, websites for each program).
