Coloborhynchus araripensis is a fossil representative of the flying dinosaur from the Santana Formation in Brazil . It belongs tothe Ornithocheiridae family and lived about 110 million years ago.

This fossil was described in 1985 by the paleontologist Peter Wellnhofer. Coloborhynchus araripensis had a wingspan of about three meters.
