The Colorado Chill were an American women's basketball team of the National Women's Basketball League based in Loveland , Colorado .
The Chill played a total of 3 seasons in the NWBL from 2004 to 2006. The Chill won the last two seasons. After the NWBL was dissolved in 2007, the Chill tried to join the Women's National Basketball Association in 2008 , but in the end they lacked the financial means for an expansion franchise in the WNBA.
