The Comisión de Investigación de Accidentes Ferroviarios ( CIAF ) is the national railway accident investigation commission of Spain under the responsibility of the Ministry of Labor and Transport. It was founded on December 11, 2007. The legal basis is Real Decreto 2387/2004 of December 30, 2004.
