Compass Yacht Zubehör GmbH & Co. KG is a German, family-run mail order company for water sports equipment and sailing fashion.
history
The brothers Willi and Heinz Dehler founded Dehler Deutschland GmbH in 1962 . Heinz Dehler later left this renowned yacht building company and founded the mail order business in 1979 with an initially 24-page catalog. In 1992 the son of the company founder and today's managing director Michael Dehler joined the company. Further branches were founded in Europe, the Swiss branch has existed since 1998 and is managed by Petra Bättig-Dehler, the daughter of the company founder.

Compass Maritim shops exist in Germany (Ascheberg, Hamburg ), Switzerland and Austria .
There are also branches and online shops for the Netherlands ( Benelux ) and France . In most cases, these countries are also supplied with catalogs in the respective national language.
Compass is the only pan-European mail order company to be “Europe's largest mail order company for motorboat and sailing sports ”.
