Game material

The game consists of a game board with the pictograms, a rulebook, a figure "main term" (green) and the corresponding green dice ("description stones"), four sets each with eight "description stones" (in the colors blue, red, yellow, black), 110 term cards, point chips and a plastic tray for the figures and dice that are necessary for writing on.

The setup before playing then only consists of placing the game board, providing the game pieces and dice and placing (and, if necessary, shuffling) the term cards.

Game content

The 117 (in a more recent edition 118) pictograms represent, among other things, general terms (such as leisure, friends, etc.) and also more specific objects, shapes, colors or materials (e.g. plastic). The group whose turn it is draws a card with nine terms, divided into three categories: easy, difficult and challenging. After they have quietly agreed on a term, it is now a matter of representing it using game pieces and the pictograms. First you have to put the figure “main concept”. Now you have to explain the term to the other players using sub-categories and “description stones”. If the term is guessed, one point is paid to the explainer and two points to the player who guessed the term first.

Game objective

The winner is the person who has the most points as soon as all twelve “2 point” markers have been spent. In the rulebook, however, there is also a reference to the variant without playing points.
