The Cooper Icefalls are the largest glacier break of the Nimrod Glacier in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . They are in the vicinity of the Kon-Tiki-Nunatak .
The southern group of the 1960 to 1961 campaign as part of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition named him after Christopher Neville Cooper, a member of this expedition and previously a participant in the New Zealand Alpine Club Antarctic Expedition (1959-1960).
