Coral Buttsworth
Coral McInnes Buttsworth (* 1900 as Coral McInnes in Taree , New South Wales , † December 20, 1985 in Hazelbrook , New South Wales) was an Australian tennis player .
Career
In the years 1931 to 1933 Buttsworth was in the final of the Australian Tennis Championships . In 1931 she won against Marjorie Cox Crawford in three sets with 1: 6, 6: 3 and 6: 4 and in 1932 she managed a win against Kathrine Le Mesurier in two sets with 9: 7 and 6: 4 . In 1933 Buttsworth lost to Joan Bathurst in straight sets 4-6 and 3-6. She won the doubles competition with Marjorie Cox Crawford against Kathrine Le Mesurier and Dorothy Weston in straight sets 6: 2 and 6: 2 in 1932.
