Cordón Lobell ( Spanish in Argentina Cordón Giovannini ) is a mountain ridge in the center of the Trinity Peninsula in Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises 20 km south-southeast of Cape Ducorps . The Jarlowo Nunatak belongs to him .
Chilean scientists named him under the false assumption that it was their compatriot, after the American biologist Milton John Lobell (1912–1988), a participant in the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939–1941). The namesake of the Argentine name has not been passed down.
