Corinne Anselmet (* 1986 in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne ) is a former French ski racer .

Career

Anselmet competed in her first FIS races in December 2001, followed two years later in the European Cup . At the French Junior Championships in 2004, she was able to take third place in the downhill. She had her first international success at the Junior World Championships 2005 in Bardonecchia , where she finished seventh in the downhill. In the same year she was third in the French championships in giant slalom.

On January 5, 2006, she achieved her first top ten placement in the European Cup and just three weeks later she won the super combined in Megève . Since this was the only race in this discipline in the 2005/06 season , it was also able to win the super combination standings.

Due to an injury, Anselmet could not contest any races in the 2006/07 season and then only competed in FIS races from January to March 2008.
