Cornelia Götz (basketball player)

Cornelia Götz (married Cornelia Kohl ) (born October 15, 1966 in Aschaffenburg ) is a former German basketball player .

career

Götz played for the DJK Aschaffenburg from 1981 to 1998. In 1996 and 1997 she was German runner-up with the club and also reached the final in the German cup competition in both years, but had to admit defeat to Wuppertal in all cases . The 1.88 meter indoor player was challenged with Aschaffenburg on an international level, took part in the Euroleague in the 1996/97 season and was Aschaffenburg's third-best scorer with 11.2 points per match.

Götz, a trained architect, had six appearances in A international matches, all of which she played in 1992. Her personal best in an international match was seven points against the Netherlands in May 92.
