The lookout point Cosmus-Jenny-Ruhe (also: Kosmus-Jenny-Ruhe) in the Austrian municipality of Kennelbach , in Vorarlberg , was designed by the architect Otto Mallaun in 1909. The style of the building is a suggestion of an ancient temple , but only a building on a reduced scale and only the open portico , with no interior. The observation pavilion is covered by a flat gable roof based on the Roman model .

The observation pavilion owes its existence to a donation from the entrepreneurs and brothers Fritz and Kosmus Schindler on the occasion of the death of their uncle Cosmus. Like other buildings from this time of the textile manufacturers in Vorarlberg, this viewing pavilion is also intended to represent the wealth and power of the family of manufacturers (see also Villa Grünau , which was the seat of the Schindler family until 1950).
