Craig van der Wath (born June 28, 1966 ) is a former South African squash player .

Career

Craig van der Wath played on the PSA World Tour for the first time in the late 1980s and won a title on it. He reached his highest position in the world rankings with position 31 in March 1998.

Between 1992 and 1997 he was five times in the main draw of the World Cup . In 1993 and 1995 he reached the round of 16. With the South African national team he took part in world championships in 1993 , 1997 , 1999 and 2003 . He was also part of the South African squad at the 1998 and 2006 Commonwealth Games . He reached the second round in singles and the quarterfinals in mixed.

Today he works as a squash trainer in Johannesburg .
