CrazY JulieT is a Ukrainian music band that was formed in 2002. It named itself after a pirate ship and published under the record companies Gravitator Records and Moon Records .
Band history
In 2002, founding member Evadam and a colleague created the first songs that can be heard on the promo album Annabel Lee . Four years later, a new promo album, Under the Hill , was presented to the public . It was largely based on electropop and dance music . Then the range of styles expanded to include elements from rock , drum and bass ( e.g. in Тараканий Рай ) and cabaret ( Army of the Bones ). On July 1st 2007 CrazY JulieT gave a debut with great success in Kiev , in the same year also several concerts in Ukraine. This also included an appearance at The Children of the Night: Black Rada 4 (Ukrainian: Дети Ночи: Чорна Рада 4), the oldest festival of "dark music" in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Immediately thereafter, the third promo album, Grand Memories , was released and the concert video for the 2007 hit Army of the Bones was released on Ukrainian television channel Enter .
The first three promo albums were released as free online releases. In early 2009 CrazY JulieT began editing the new music materials for the official album. With the help of the SYN promotion, the band began a tour of more than 50 cities in the CIS in the spring. In the summer, the official record called Grand Memories was presented to the public. The album was widely illuminated in the media. Articles on the album appeared in the music magazines Rock Oracle , Gothica , Gothic City and RIP . The song Amor Infinitus was published in the dark scene anthology Vampiria Vol. 2 (the Republic of South Africa). In May 2010, the debut album was made available to the public in digital format in German-speaking countries.
The band is currently working on a new album and a video for the song Supiniti Tschas (German: to hold the moment).

The line-up of the band changed constantly between 2002 and 2007. As a band leader and mastermind, Evadam is the only permanent member. He not only takes on the singing, but is also responsible for the music and lyrics.
