The Crealogix Group (own spelling: CREALOGIX) is a Swiss software company . Crealogix develops and implements financial technology (FinTech) solutions for banks. The focus of the company's activities is in the areas of mobile, security and investment advice. The group, founded in 1996, employs around 700 people. The shares of Crealogix Holding (CLXN) are traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange . Crealogix has offices in Switzerland (Zurich, Bubikon), Germany (Stuttgart, Puchheim, Jever, Coburg), Great Britain (Winchester), Riyadh , Singapore and Barcelona .

history

The company was founded in Switzerland in 1996 by Bruno Richle (executive board chairman), Richard Dratva (strategy, board vice chairman), Peter Süsstrunk and Daniel Hiltebrand. The IPO followed in 2000 . Crealogix changed from being a pure service provider to a software product manufacturer. In addition, there was a focus on the financial industry . In 2011 Crealogix took over the e-banking business unit of “abaXX” from Cordys Deutschland AG. In 2012 the company acquired AdviceManager from the German company C1 FinCon. Additional locations such as London, Vienna and Singapore were added in 2014. In January 2015, Crealogix acquired the British company MBA Systems. In January 2018, the group bought 100 percent of the shares in Innofis, a Barcelona-based digital banking provider. A short time later, she took over ELAXY Business Solution & Services completely from the German IT service provider Fiducia & GAD IT AG . and is thus exercising an option that was already agreed as part of the initial investment in 2015. The investments in ELAXY Financial Software & Solutions remain unchanged, Crealogix holds 80% and Fiducia & GAD continues to hold 20%.

Field of activity

In the areas of "Digital Banking " & E-Payments , Digital Learning & Education, Crealogix develops Internet-based software and cross-company modules for applications between companies and their customers, suppliers and employees. Crealogix offers various “digital banking” products for the financial industry, including online and mobile banking systems, online banking security, finance portals and digital financial advisory tools. Crealogix e-payment solutions offer a multibank connection, as well as help for companies and associations with payment transactions ( SaaS solution). Crealogix Education Software includes e-learning and mobile learning platforms as well as training modules, enhanced by Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology for the automated conversion of audio and video content into text data for analytics and the optimization of data management.
